Francoise Frigola,
M.A., founder and former director of Changing Woman Sanctum, was born
and raised in Toulon, France where she obtained a B.S. in Computer
Science and Business Administration. During her eighteen years in the
corporate world, she worked in France, England, and the United States.
Her own personal growth led her to discover astrology
as a guide through the transformative process. She earned a Master's
Degree, which integrates transpersonal psychology, astrology,
self-healing, and spirituality.
Francoise integrates in her
healing work the
knowledge acquired from remarkable teachers such as Elisabeth
Kubbler-Ross, Ann Armstrong, Rosalyn Bruyere, Brugh Joy, among others.
Francoise was in
private practice in Costa Mesa, CA, for over seven years. She
lectured and led workshops on self-awareness throughout the United
States and Europe. Her audiences have included professional
organizations, metaphysical groups, and astrological associations.
She contributed articles to several astrological publications in the
US and Europe, and used to write a column on counseling astrology for
a leading astrological magazine.
Francoise served the
astrological community on the board of international and national
organizations.
In the last forteen years, Françoise's life has been enriched by the difficult experience of dealing with a head injury. This knowledge has enhanced her compassion and understanding of life and its value at many levels.
She currently lives in Idyllwild, CA, where she offers
classes and
consultations (face-to-face as well as over the phone or the Internet).
Francoise is also
an
internationally exhibited artist.
